DigThisData provides granular Agent and Product management tools allowing for company wide or individual user preferences to be utilized to make better use of segmentation and logical groupings.

Agents

The number of allowed agent numbers is defined by your subscription plan
  • Basic Plan is limited to 1 agent
  • Advanced Plan is configurable for up to 5 agent numbers
  • Advanced+ Plan is configurable for up to 5 agent numbers
  • Premium Plan supports an unlimited number of agents

Agent accounts can be added under Account Management. Simply expand the desired channel and follow the form inputs to create or edit agent accounts.

For the LCBO, agent numbers can be merged or kept separate. A Personal Preference is available for each user logged into the system. Users will need to navigate to Their User Name in the Main Nav -> Personal Preferences -> Personal Options -> Consolidate LCBO Agent Numbers. If enabled, all agent products appear as a single agent. If not, a drop down menu appears under the DigThisData logo in the top left of the app. Users can toggle between agents if agent merge is left disabled.

All other channels have agents merged by default.

Product Groups

Product Groups are a great way to organize your products and provide quick access to segments while reporting. Dig supports an unlimited number of Product Groups per account and once set, they are visible to all users.

To create a Product Group, navigate to your User Name in the Main Nav -> Product Groups. Select the channel desired, and use the blue "Add New" button to add a new group.

Please note, for OnTap users who wish to maintain a group of products that are NOT visible on their B2B portal, create a Product Group and select the "For Internal Use Only" option. Once saved, any product found in the group will be removed from the OnTap store front.

Archive Products

All products can be archived if no longer desired. This is particularly useful for single release wines or seasonals. Simply Navigate to Operations -> Products, select the channel and open the product in question. To hide the product, simply toggle "Archive" to true. Once archived, the product will no longer be visible in product selection menus.
