FAQ: We just launched an LCBO product, but it isn't showing in our profile. How can we see our new product?

If you've recently launched an LCBO product and it’s not appearing anywhere in DigThisData, it’s likely not in the most recent Active Products list from the LCBO. This is a common issue. You can add your new product to your profile under Operations -> Product Management -> Products. Just make sure the LCBO tab is selected and click the Add New button on the left. Once the product appears in the Active Products list, it will overwrite what you have entered with actual LCBO definitions.
