Dig This Data Support and Knowledge Base

Step One

Link your SOD account (if you do not sell via the LCBO you can skip this step)

*Note, if you are looking to move into the LCBO channel we do have ways to show you some data to help you guide your product decisions. Please reach out to Support for more information.

Registering and Setting Up an Account  (skip items 1-3 in this article if you have already signed on with Dig this Data and proceed to item 4, uploading/ingesting data)

Step Two

Invite your initial users who will be needed for setting up the account.

These include individuals that have your active Accounts lists, Products lists, and QB Admin Access.

*Note, We do not recommend adding Sales Reps as users until the platform is fully up and running unless they are integral to the onboarding process

Step 3

Adding your Customer and Direct Products

Direct Products are your core products at your normal set price for On Premise, think, what you would put on a sell sheet. All inventory is tied to this product no matter what channel you see into or what price you sell it at. This is your Core Inventory Item
