FAQ: My TBS data isn't showing or updating. What could be wrong?

If you have input your TBS SFTP credentials into DigThisData, it may take some time for your data to show. DigThisData fetches TBS data daily and it's possible that you may have to wait until the next scheduled job runs. If you have already waited more than 24 hours, view the status of your credentials under your Account Settings.


In your Account Settings, expand the The Beer Store Reporting accordion tab. A green checkmark next to your SFTP credentials indicates that your credentials are valid. If the icon is red, your credentials have failed. To edit your credentials, simply delete the current entry and re-submit new credentials. This will not affect your data in any way, unless your SFTP account number has changed.
